Human resource management is concerned with the management of employees in an organization, in order to have that organization produce their best for the benefit of the organization. Human resource management is concerned with several activities starting from the identification of vacancies, recruitment, employee motivation, compensation, and taking punitive measures on some employees among others. This study fundamentally looks into several products of human resources such as the entire strategic human management, staffing, providing equal employment opportunities, talent management, risk management and worker protection, total rewards and compensation, and employee and labor relations activities, and seeks to establish how these products support and integrate with each other to best serve both the employees and overall organizational output- through hiring skilled candidates and raising their job satisfaction (thereby increasing performance and overall company profit) (Sims, 2007).
It is worth noting that in order to have a competent staff, there needs to be equal employment opportunities to all in order to recruit the best possible staff candidates. This could involve the identification of talents in order to award the most appropriate job to the best person, who can consequently produce their best and benefit the organization. Possible new store locations can be identified using the Thiessen polygon technique to Map One. Theoretically, the boundary line vertices are considered as being the best sites for new stores. When I read The Great Gatsby by Scott Fitzgerald I really understood that this is in all senses a classic of the genre, the perfect love story, its variety, maze, and a heck of a fascinating story about the ways of man, of his dream, the pursuit of it, about personal life failures.
Most surprising is the author’s ability to dip a reader into the atmosphere of the 30s, where it was the beginning of the Jazz Age, mind-blowing parties, full of the champagne and girls in the brightest outfits. The world created by Francis Scott Fitzgerald is very expressive, colorful and easy to imagine. The author draws a hectic world and an unforgettable New York, but also the secular world of intrigue, wealth, destruction, limited to only by the Vila of Jay Gatsby, which is really great, despite some ironic subtext in the title.
Gatsby is especially with his great willpower and stubborn attempt to fulfill an American dream. He tries not only daily to go over the wall which was seen in his schedule, but he also tries to go over the dream, to find happiness, even if it would take on a long and painful journey. Love is interested, caring and attentive attitude to the people we love. We can talk a lot about love, but if short, love is unselfish and joyful concern for others. My personal philosophy of teaching is that people are teaching differently. There are even those who for anything in life will not be able to teach. As Seneca the Elder said: “Whom the gods would destroy, they would make a teacher.” Persian proverb says: “If heaven had heard the prayers of the children, there would be no living teacher in the world.” George Bernard Shaw put it this way: “He who can, does; who cannot, teaches others.” Peter Lawrence continued, but in a humorous way: “Who knows, makes; who cannot, teaches others; and who cannot teaches teachers.”
There enough categorical statements about teaching “Fools teach, smart people learn.” Humorously it sounds pretty funny: “Smart people love to learn, and fools – to teach. Thus, smart people are often forced to learn from fools.” Probably, these statements are not accidental – to say such things you have had to suffer a great deal from teachers. In all this, of course, there is truth; despite this, the teaching seems to me a noble occupation. I am eternally grateful to my teachers and convinced that it is important to be able to teach, because it helps people (although, judging by the above quotes, not all). If you want to develop healthy eating habits you will have to learn a few simple tips on healthy dieting for each day:
- Be sure to have breakfast every morning. For breakfast is the most important meal for our metabolism. People who regularly eat in the morning are less likely to overeat at night. - Gradually exclude from your diet junk food: white sugar, bleached flour, trans fats (margarine pastries, mayonnaise, cream cheese, ice cream with vegetable fats, fast food, hot dogs, sausages, dairy desserts). Avoid commercially processed foods.
- Drink plenty of water. On average, need to drink 8-10 glasses of water including the herbal infusions, green tea, broth hips. Fruits and vegetables contain structured water and can replenish your daily fluid needs. And be sure to start each morning with a glass of water.
- Eat colorful vegetables every day. Vegetables with different colors give you different nutrients. Choose leafy greens, cabbage, broccoli, lettuce, red and orange vegetables – carrots, squash, peppers, tomatoes.
- Choose fresh fruit, they have more benefits than fruit juice, especially packaged. Fruit juice contains little or absolutely no fiber. But a lot of sugar, preservatives, and dyes.
